MEET THE LEADER

 I'm a retired veteran of the United States Army with just under 30 years of service. I've held leadership roles from Squad Leader to Sergeant Major, and served as an instructor and Course Director for the Army's Advanced and Senior Leader Courses.

My passion for leadership earned me the highest Senior Enlisted Human Resources position in the Army, shaping development for nearly 2 million Soldiers and Civilians. I spent my final five years in the Pentagon, crafting policies to enhance recruitment, retention, and talent management.

These decades of service allowed me to mentor, teach, and develop leaders across the U.S. and internationally. Through key engagements, I gained a deep understanding of the unique needs of every leader and organization I encountered.
